LuxCSD Investor-CSD link activation for ESES markets
Following Announcement L17101 about the launch of the Investor-CSD solution in 2017-2018, LuxCSD informs customers about the activation of the Investor-CSD link to the ESES markets (Euroclear Belgium, Euroclear France and Euroclear Nederland) on
9 April 2018
The access to ESES securities may require system changes, especially in the areas of asset servicing and connectivity.
In order to help customers to prepare for the activation, a functional specficiations document describing the market specific details concerning eligible assets, settlement, asset servicing and cash management for the ESES markets is attached below.
We would like to remind customers that technical specifications related to SWIFT are available in the Xact via SWIFT User Guide, available on the LuxCSD website.
The activation of the Investor-CSD link will not automatically trigger a migration of the customer positions if they are currently held on Clearstream Banking accounts. Customers can transfer their positions to their LuxCSD 48xxx accounts when needed.
