Gender Diversity

To benefit from a balanced gender diversity and to fulfil the requirement of Art. 27 (4) of the Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 the Board of Directors of LuxCSD S.A. has approved the Gender Diversity Policy as published and decided on a target to increase the number of the under-represented gender in the management body.

The Board of Directors of LuxCSD S.A. has resolved a target quota amounted to 20% of the under-represented gender (currently female) in the Board of Directors until 31 December 2021.

Currently the target of 20% is achieved, as one out of five members of the Board of Directors represents the under-represented gender.
