France: Financial Transaction Tax (FTT) : Unofficial list of impacted ISINs II
Further to our Announcements L12013, dated 26 June 2012, and L12022, dated 20 July 2012, we hereby provide an updated unofficial list of securities impacted by the FTT1, including ADRs, together with their respective ISINs.
This unofficial list of securities and ISINs, provided as an attachment to this Announcement, has been prepared and is currently under review by local market participants and industry associations.
The list is based on the official ministerial decree published on 14 July 2012, which establishes the list of companies, by name only, for which the underlying securities fall within the scope of the FTT.
Note: This list will not be binding for the French Tax Authorities. It is published for information purposes only and is subject to change in accordance with upcoming ministerial decrees.
