France: Financial Transaction Tax : unofficial list of impacted ISINs
Further to our Announcement A12106, dated 1 June 2012, we hereby provide the unofficial list of companies, together with the respective ISIN numbers, that would be directly impacted by the implementation of the French Financial Transaction Tax (FTT) scheduled for 1 August 2012.
Please note that the ministerial decree setting out the list of companies impacted by the FTT will only come out beginning of July 2012. We draw your attention to the fact that this list will not be binding for the French Tax Authorities and is published for information purposes only.
The list in the zip file attachment has been prepared and is also currently reviewed by the local market participants and industry associations. The list is subject to be changed in accordance with upcoming ministerial decrees.
