COVID-19: Continued business support – Update

Further to our headline “Continued business support” from 18 March 2020, LuxCSD provides an update on the implementation of our contingency measures to manage the challenges of COVID-19.

Work from home for all staff members of LuxCSD with company-owned devices via secured VPN continues ensuring continuity for CSD and LEI processing and supporting services.

The business continuity measures are aligned and confirmed with Clearstream and Deutsche Börse Group and the situation is assessed daily.

CSD services

Customers may continue to contact their Client Services Officer per telephone or per email for all their enquiries (email: cslux@luxcsd.com, telephone: +352-243-32820).

LEI Service

Customers may continue to initiate and follow up on their LEI requests via the online portal. The associated legal entity reference data will be published every day in the GLEIF files.

The telephone helplines for the LEI Service have been re-established, are staffed and fully available for our customers. Customers can contact us using the following numbers: +352-243-3 5806 (English) or +352-243-3 5804 (French)

Furthermore customers can contact the LEI Client Services (lei.service@luxcsd.com) and the LEI Billing team (lei.billing@luxcsd.com) via email with their questions and enquiries and we will respond in due course.
