COVID-19: Continued business support

Further to our headline “How we handle the situation” LuxCSD provides an update on the implementation of our contingency measures to manage the challenges of COVID-19.

In line with the recommendations from the authorities in Luxembourg and surrounding countries, LuxCSD will move staff to remote working. This will ensure continuity for CSD and LEI  processing and supporting services.

CSD services

Customers may continue to contact their Client Services Officer per telephone or per email for all their enquiries (email: cslux@luxcsd.com, telephone: +352-243-32820).

LEI Service

Customers may continue to initiate and follow up on their LEI requests  via the online portal. The associated legal entity reference data will be published every day in the GLEIF files. During the offsite contingency phase, the telephone helplines for the LEI service will be suspended. Please contact us via email with your questions and enquiries and we will respond in due course. We can assure you that you can rely on us no matter how challenging the conditions become to manage your LEIs and assist you with any issues that may arise.
