LuxCSD: Non-business days 2024
LuxCSD1 informs clients about the days LuxCSD will be closed for business in 2024.
The LuxCSD settlement days are aligned with the T2 calendar. The T2 system is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on the following holidays in 2024 (on these days, no interbank transfer is executed):
- 1 January (New Year’s Day)
- 29 March (Good Friday)
- 1 April (Easter Monday)
- 1 May (Labour Day)
- 25 December (Christmas Day)
- 26 December (Boxing Day)
These closing days apply to all securities held with LuxCSD.
For Icelandic securities held with LuxCSD, the following days are additional non-business days in 2024:
- 28 March (Maundy Thursday)
- 25 April (First Day of Summer)
- 9 May (Ascension Day)
- 20 May (Whit Monday)
- 17 June (Independence Day)
- 5 August (Commerce Day)
- 24 December (Christmas Eve)
- 31 December (New Year's Eve)
Please note that these additional non-business dates for Iceland may be subject to change.
