Greece: Update on situation III
Information from the market
Our Greek depository, Citibank Athens, has informed us that in accordance with information received from Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange (HELEX) and Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC), against and free of payment trades with trade date 26 June 2015 and requested settlement date 30 June 2015 can be settled today (1 July 2015).
Impact on customers
All instructions, with the above mentioned trade date and requested settlement date of 30 June 2015, received in the Clearstream system by
23:59 CEST Sunday 28 June 2015 will be presented for settlement in the HELEX settlement system.
Summary
The following transactions will be possible:
| Internal | against and free of payment for HCSD and BOGS eligible securities |
| Bridge | against and free of payment for BOGS-eligible securities |
| Domestic | against payment for HCSD-eligible securities with free of payment for HCSD-eligible securities free of payment for BOGS-eligible securities |
a. Instructions must have been received in Clearstream's system by 23:59 on 28 June 2015.
