Xact Web Portal: Enhanced query for Cash Penalties
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that the cash penalties query in Xact Web Portal will be enhanced, effective
20 November 2023
New items will be added to the Query under Settlement, Penalties, Daily Penalties:
- New tick box “Excl. Counterparty = Own account”
When ticked, the field “Counterparty” is filled with the value entered in “Safekeeping Account”. This allows penalties belonging to the same safekeeping account to be excluded. - New field “Counterparty Capacity Indicator“ allows clients to filter on penalties related to the following entities:
- CCPA - Central Counterparty
- CSDP - CSD Participant
- EXTE - External Central Securities Depositary
- ICSD - International Central Securities Depositary
- NCSD - National Central Securities Depositary
- New field to query by "P. of trade identifier" to allow a query to find or exclude penalties related to Stock Exchange instructions.
