Finland: Settlement of securities transactions with counterparties in CASCADE
We hereby provide guidelines for the settlement of transactions in Finnish domestic securities eligible in Clearstream Banking S.A.1 with counterparties in the CASCADE system of Clearstream Banking AG2.
To facilitate the transfer of Finnish domestic securities between customer accounts in CASCADE and accounts in Creation, CBF maintains account 18757 in Creation.
Guidelines for customers with account in Creation are as follows:
- Customers can instruct free of payment receipts and deliveries of Finnish domestic securities with counterparties in CASCADE;
- Customers are requested to include in their settlement instructions the CBF customer account number in CASCADE.
