Further to previous announcements, and with reference to the following custody payments, Clearstream Banking1 is currently working with Caja de Valores to determine the process flow to collect the related proceeds for the securities that are not subject to the Amended February 23, 2012 Order and the March 12, 2015 Opinion of the United States Southern District Court of New York.
