Xact File Transfer: Upcoming IP address changes
LuxCSD1 informs clients about an important technical update impacting Xact File Transfer effective

Background
As part of Clearstream’s June release infrastructure enhancements, the following Domain Name System (DNS) changes will be implemented:
New IP address
- The Xact File Transfer Production (www.cdinternet.com) IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.109to 193.29.76.2
- The Xact File Transfer OneClearstream Test server (oneclearstreamtest.cdinternet.com) IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.9to 193.29.76.146
- The Xact File Transfer Test Server 2 (test.cdinternet.com) IP address will be updated from 194.36.230.108to 193.29.76.147
To ensure continued access, client workstations and proxies must be able to reach the new IP address. Supported protocols remain unchanged: HTTPS (port 443), FTPS (FTP protocol with SSL/TLS), and SFTP (SSH protocol).
Action required
If a client’s organisation uses IP whitelisting to manage access to external applications, this change may affect the connectivity to Xact File Transfer. Clients should update their firewall or network configurations to include the new IP address ahead of the effective date.
