Xact File Transfer: Report Confidentiality Labelling
Further to Announcement L20054, Clearstream Banking1 would like to inform customers that effective
14 June 2021
as part of its constant effort to guarantee the highest security standards, Clearstream Banking will implement a new “_Confidential” suffix to file-based reports, that is, “Report.csv” will change to “Report_Confidential.csv”, in order to highlight the sensitivity of the enclosed information.
Impact on customers
The new “_Confidential” suffix will be applied to all Xact File Transfer (formerly known as CreationDirect) reports delivered in “.xls(x)” or “.csv” format.
Customers need to ensure that their procedures can process the new suffix in the file name.
