Xact File Transfer: Infrastructure upgrade
Effective
1 June 2019
Clearstream Banking1 will disable the DH-1024 cipher on the Xact File Transfer server.
DH cipher length
DH ciphers with a cipher length of 1024 are no longer considered secure and will therefore be disabled on the Xact File Transfer server.
There is no impact expected for customers using a standard configuration as recent file transfer clients already support newer ciphers and these will automatically be used if enabled in the client software.
All customers are encouraged to test their client software in the Customer Testing Environment (CTE) or in the OCCT Environment in order not to risk service interruption.
