Citi becomes LuxCSD Principal Agent
Effective
immediately
issuers of LuxCSD securities can select and appoint Citi, acting through its Issuer Services Business, as their LuxCSD Principal Agent to ensure compliance with the LuxCSD Operational Arrangements for Issuers and Agents (available on www.luxcsd.com/) throughout the lifetime of the issuance.
Citi’s appointment complements the existing network of LuxCSD Principal Agents, including:
Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de L’Etat, Luxembourg
Banque Internationale à Luxembourg
BNP Paribas Securities Services, Luxembourg Branch
CACEIS Bank Luxembourg
LuxCSD is the central securities depository of Luxembourg, supporting the issuance of all types of instruments, including in dematerialised form, and offering high-quality services in the following areas:
