CFF: Investec Global Strategy Fund migrates to CFF
Effective
Monday 4 March 2013
investment fund shares in the Investec Global Strategy Fund handled by RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. and listed in the attached spreadsheet will use the Central Facility for Funds (CFF) service.
All customers of Clearstream Banking1 that hold positions in these investment fund shares will immediately benefit from the process and service improvements implemented with the launch of CFF in March 2007.
Migration details
Scope:
Funds available in Clearstream Banking handled by RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. as transfer agent (please refer to the attached spreadsheet).
Migration Day (MD): Monday 4 March 2013.
Fund Issuance Account (FIA): 10032 (please refer to the attached spreadsheet).
Timeline for process adaptations:
- All trades on trade date MD and later will use the CFF processes and settle against FIA 10032 of Investec Asset Management in Clearstream Banking.
- Transfers with settlement date on/before Wednesday 6 March will continue to settle according to the current process (that is, against RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. account 13565). Transfers with settlement date after Wednesday 6 March will settle against the FIA 10032.
- Clearstream Banking will automatically transfer all positions. No action is required by Clearstream Banking account holders.
- Customers are recommended to instruct transfers by end-of-day MD-2 in order to ensure execution before the migration.
- All corporate actions with Record Date MD and later will use the CFF processes.
