Business continuity management: New alert subscription available
In order to improve communication during extraordinary situations, LuxCSD has set up a new real-time alert subscription and invites customers to subscribe as soon as possible. This will allow you to receive information in real time about any operational incidents, whether they occur in LuxCSD’s systems or any of the domestic markets we serve. Any updates indicating the status of the incident or relevant mitigating actions will also be spread via the same real-time channel.
If you are already a registered user of the LuxCSD website, all you have to do is follow this link

If you are not logged in to the website, the login screen will open, log in and then you will be redirected to the Real-time Alerts subscription page. and tick BCM information.
By subscribing to these new alerts, you will benefit from a constant and real-time communication flow about a potential incident and any subsequent updates. This will support you in managing such incident in the most efficient way to avoid negative impacts on your activity to the degree possible.
