U.S.A.: IRS releases revised instructions for Form W-8EXP
On 2 May 2014, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released revised instructions to accompany the final version (revised February 2014) of Form W-8EXP, entitled Certificate of Foreign Government or Other Foreign Organization for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting, published mid-April.
