U.S.A.: IRS releases final version of Form W-8IMY
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released final version (revised April 2014) of Form W-8IMY entitled Certificate of Foreign Intermediary, Foreign Flow-Through Entity, or Certain U.S. Branches for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting.
Accompanying instructions are still expected.
