U.S.A.: FATCA : IRS publish new and updated FAQ
This past week, the IRS published on their website two sets of new and updated FAQ in regards to:
- QI Agreements, Financial Institutions and General Compliance. These new and updated FAQ are dated 23 July 2014; and
- FATCA Registration System and FFI List . These new and updated FAQ are dated 1 August 2014.
We continue to monitor the implementation of FATCA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
