U.S.A.: FATCA : IRS posts updated FFI list FAQ
On 23 June 2014, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released updated frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding the FATCA Foreign Financial Institution (FFI) list.
The updated FAQ can be viewed on their website via FATCA – IRS FFI List FAQs.
