Netherlands: Termination of tax treaty with Mongolia
The income and capital tax treaty between The Netherlands and Mongolia, which was signed on 8 March 2002, was terminated on 28 November 2012, with effective date 1 January 2014.
As a consequence, the domestic rates will apply from 1 January 2014 onwards.
