Luxembourg: Termination of tax treaty with Mongolia
The income and capital tax treaty between Luxembourg and Mongolia, which was signed on 5 June 1998, will be terminated with effective date 1 January 2014.
As a consequence, the domestic rates will apply from 1 January 2014 onwards.
