Luxembourg: Revised Double Taxation Agreement with Singapore
On 9 October 2013, a revised Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) between the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Government of the Republic of Singapore was signed.
The DTA incorporates the internationally agreed standard for exchange of information for tax purposes.
However, the DTA is not yet ratified and therefore does not have the force of law.
