Background

LuxCSD will enhance its processing of narrative fields in MT564 Corporate Action Notification messages with the use of EPWI (Event Processing Website Address) and PTNI (Processing Text for Next Intermediary) qualifiers.

Impact on clients

EPWI: Event Processing Website Address
Its purpose is to convey an event processing website address or related narrative meaning online information associated with processing the corporate action event.

PTNI: Processing Text for Next Intermediary
It provides processing information intended for the next intermediary in the custody chain.

Both qualifiers will be reported as shown in the below table:

Provides additional information from the account servicer or a Service Provider solely intended for the next immediate account holder to enable or facilitate event processing between parties.
