Denmark: Updated Power of Attorney
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that effective
immediately
an updated version of the Power of Attorney for Tax Reclaim Processes Follow-up – dividends paid with record date on or after 11 July 2022 have been published under Tax forms to use - Denmark.
The updates included in the new version is related to the name of the local CSD and the Clearstream Banking cash correspondent bank in Denmark.
All other sections of the Power of Attorney remain unchanged.
Impact on clients
Clients are requested with immediate effect to use the new template.
