Finland: Tax services available to LuxCSD clients
Further to announcement L23016, LuxCSD1 informs clients that effective
27 November 2023
the following new tax services, in relation to dividend distributions from Finnish equities, will be offered:
- Relief at source;
- Quick refund;
- Standard refund.
The new service offering will be available for Finnish dividend distributions with record date on or after 27 November 2023.
Impact on clients
Clients wishing to use the tax services, for Finnish dividend distributions with record date on or after November 2023, must refer to the detailed tax procedures and applicable tax forms, which will be published in the Market Taxation Guide – Finland (LuxCSD) in due course.
