Denmark: Tax reclaim service available to customers
Further to Announcement L22021, LuxCSD1 informs customers that effective
11 July 2022
a new tax reclaim service, in relation to dividend distributions from Danish equities, will be offered to customers.
The new service offering will be available for Danish dividend distributions with record date on or after 11 July 2022.
Impact on customers
Customers wishing to use the new tax reclaim procedure, for Danish dividend distributions with record date on or after 11 July 2022, must refer to the detailed reclaim procedure and applicable tax forms, which will be published in the Market Taxation Guide – Denmark (LuxCSD) in due course.
