Proxy voting service enhancement: Change from U.S. Eastern Time (EST) to Central European Time (CET)
Clearstream Banking1 would like to inform customers that, effective
4 November 2016, at 19:00 Central European Time
All notifications of meeting events will indicate Response Deadline Date/Time (RDDT), Early Response Deadline Date/Time (EARD) and Market Deadline Date/Time (MKDT) in Central European Time (CET). Currently, these are indicated in U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
As part of our continued efforts to improve customer services, this will align notifications of meeting events with all other corporate actions related notifications where times are indicated in CET.
Impacted events
All new notifications of meeting events (NEWM) sent after 19:00 CET on 4 November 2016 will indicate deadlines in CET. All existing meeting event notifications will be resent via replacement message (REPL) indicating the new deadline dates and times in CET format.
