Italy: New tax forms
In Protocol N. 2013/84404 of 10 July 2013, the Italian Tax Authorities (ITA) published new tax forms to be used for obtaining or reclaiming a reduced rate of withholding tax.
The content of the Protocol, the tax forms and instructions for their completion can be found on the website of the ITA.
Important aspects are still to be clarified by the ITA.
