Austrian Tax Authority to update reclaim forms ZS
Further to announcement A14081, dated 6 June 2014, we would like to notify customers that the Austrian Tax Authority (ATA) has informed us that the reclaim forms ZS will be updated in September 2014. They will be amended to include, among other things, the questions from the document “Ersuchen um Ergänzung” (Request for Additional Information).
Alongside that update, ATA will also specify on the forms what additional information they require and under which form it must be provided.
