Argentina: Tax reform approved by Congress
The financial press has published that, on 12 September 2013, the Argentine Congress approved the proposed tax reform.
This is further to our Taxflash LT13069, dated 3 September 2013.
The tax reform is expected to be effective as of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Guidelines and procedures concerning the application of the tax on dividend distributions and capital gains have not yet been released.
