Argentina: New issuances of local Argentinean Treasury Bills and Treasury Notes
Clearstream Banking1 wishes to inform its customers that the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) issued communications “A” 5865” and “A” 5855 allowing non-resident investors to acquire newly issued local Argentinean Treasury Bills (LEBACs – Letras del Banco Central) and Treasury Notes (NOBACs – Notas del Banco Central).
This is effective as of 17 December 2015 for LEBACs and NOBACs issued by the BCRA in US Dollars (USD) and as of 28 December 2015 for those issued in Argentinean Peso (ARS).
