ClearstreamXact: Permanent residence and mailing addresses available in Xact Web Portal and on Swift MT568 Corporate Action Narrative
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that permanent residence addresses and mailing addresses (if applicable) of Beneficial Owners (BOs) will be visible in Xact Web Portal effective

The address information can be found in Xact Web Portal under Certificate Details:
The information will also be present in the ADTX of the Swift MT568 Narrative sent to clients to advise on the status of the tax certification insertion. Clients will be able to verify their BO addresses to ensure correct reporting for tax purposes.
If there are any inconsistencies resulting from a change of a BO address (that is, the BO has moved), please send an updated certification for the relevant BO soon to Clearstream Banking, electronically by sending an email to tax@clearstream.com or physically by mailing to the address found on the One-Time Certificate (OTC) that has been signed.
If any errors are found that are not linked to a BO’s change of address (that is, a spelling mistake), please contact the Tax Helpdesk (tax@clearstream.com) in order to have these checked and, where applicable, corrected.
