France: Renewal of the Double Taxation Treaty between France and Saudi Arabia

The exchange of diplomatic notes between France and Saudi Arabia signed on 11 June 2018 and 10 December 2018 was published on 27 November 2019 through the Decree of Application no. 2019-1224 of 25 November 2019.

It provides for the renewal of the existing Double Taxation Treaty (DTT) for a new period of five years as of January 2019 until 31 December 2023.

The renewal of the DTT is effective for income paid as of 1 January 2019.

The initial treaty was signed on 18 February 1982 and entered into force on 1 March 1983.
