U.S.A.: FATCA : IRS posts updated FFI Agreement
On 24 June 2014, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released an updated FATCA Foreign Financial Institution (FFI) Agreement for Participating FFIs and Reporting Model II FFIs.
The updated FFI Agreement (Revenue Procedure 2014-38), which supersedes FFI Agreement (Revenue Procedure 2014-13), can be viewed on the IRS website via Revenue Procedure 2014-38.
