Poland: updated List of Beneficial Owners

Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that based on the requirements of our local depository, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A, the List of Beneficial Owners has been amended.
Impact on customers
Some columns have been reworded and two new columns have been added to the list: “City of Birth” and “Country of Birth”. Both new fields must be completed by individual beneficial owners only.
The List of Beneficial Owners indicates the complete data of each beneficial owner. It must be provided before each income payment.
All relevant fields are mandatory. Failing to complete one field will result in the rejection of the list.
