U.S.A.: FATCA : FFI list and data exchange supporting information posted by the IRS
On 19 December 2013, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) posted new webpages with supporting information as follows:
- FATCA FFI List Resources and Support Information, along with FFI List FAQs;
- FATCA International Data Exchange (IDM) and FATCA XML Schema (v1.1).
We continue to monitor the implementation of FATCA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
