Impact on customers
Customers should note that, all tax certification that has already been submitted will be forwarded accordingly. However, in order to avoid delays, we kindly request that customers use, from today, the newly applicable address as indicated above. Clearstream Banking’s BO Upload facility functionality will remain unchanged.
Customers are reminded that tax vouchers are only created at the request of the customer. Before making such request, the customer must submit a signed One-Time Customer Declaration. All customer declarations provided before 2012, and the implementation of the UCITS IV directive, must be replaced immediately.
