U.S.A.: FATCA : IRS publish updated FAQ II
On 29 May 2014, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published on their website further updated frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding FATCA.
The updated FAQ, which can be viewed under FATCA - FAQs General, now includes guidelines for those whose FATCA registration has been put into “Registration Under Review” status.
We continue to monitor the implementation of FATCA and will provide more information as it becomes available.
