U.S.A.: FATCA: IRS publishes updated instructions for the IRS Form W-8BEN-E
On 7 October 2014, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) published updated instructions for the Form W-8BEN-E Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Entities) on their website.
The updated instructions can be viewed on the IRS website along with the original instructions.
