LuxCSD has signed the Luxembourg Diversity Charter
At LuxCSD, diversity is more than just putting together people from various backgrounds and nationalities. Considering all dimensions of diversity, high-performing diverse teams must be carefully nurtured by leaders and team members who engender a corporate culture characterised by mutual respect and appreciation of every single individual. Signing the Diversity Charter has reconfirmed this commitment.
Launched in September 2012 by IMS Luxembourg (Institut pour le Mouvement Sociétal), the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg contributes to Luxembourg's progress and innovation in the fields of diversity management and integration. Any Luxembourg company can sign the charter to express its commitment to promoting diversity in their working environment by actions that go beyond the legal and regulatory obligations of non-discrimination.
