LuxCSD - Declaration of completeness
LuxCSD - Declaration of completeness from the supervisory authority CSSF with regards to LuxCSD’s application file pursuant to Art. 17 CSDR (Core Services) was issued on 28 October 2019. Following this declaration of completeness, CSSF has now up to six months to review LuxCSD’s compliance with the requirements of the CSDR regulation. This latter step also involves other relevant regulators.
