Business Continuity Management: Systems unavailability test date

06.08.2018

It is LuxCSD’s philosophy to constantly improve products and services. This also applies to the Business Continuity Management programme. As part of this programme, we will again be offering customers the possibility to participate in our Business Continuity Management (BCM) test planned for

Saturday 6 October 2018

On that day, we shall simulate the unavailability of one of LuxCSD’s production data centres. During the course of the test, LuxCSD systems will be run in contingency mode, which will apply also to the real-time processing (RTP) period. Customers will have the opportunity to participate in the test between 13:00 and 15:00 (CEST) to validate their connectivity and processing.

All data input during the test will be processed. Normal processing will continue with the RTP period starting at 21:05 (CEST) Sunday 7 October 2018.
