a. For Receive Free/Receive Against Payment instructions: The receiving beneficial owner's tax ID (or, in the case of a Turkish resident individual, the Turkish national ID number), registered against the client's Clearstream Banking account pursuant to the General information/Trading prerequisite section of the Market Taxation Guide - Turkey is mandatory. If it is not provided, the transaction will be rejected by Clearstream Banking.
For Deliver Free/Deliver Against Payment instructions: The delivering beneficial owner's tax ID (or, in the case of a Turkish resident individual, the Turkish national ID number), registered against the client's Clearstream Banking account pursuant to the General information/Trading prerequisite section of the Market Taxation Guide - Turkey is mandatory. If it is not provided, the transaction will be rejected by Clearstream Banking.

c. Mandatory for Borsa Istanbul equities trades.
d. For Borsa Istanbul trades, the place of trade is either STOCK EXCHANGE/XIST or STOCK EXCHANGE/XEQY. Clients are advised to use PLACE OF TRADE/STOCK EXCHANGE/XIST.
e. Mandatory when there is no change of beneficial owner.
f. If no BIC exists for the Delivering/Receiving Agent or for the Seller/Buyer, the Name option can be used instead in each case. If the appropriate BIC does exist but is not provided, STP cannot be guaranteed and there is a risk of incurring eventual charges.
