Tax Forms to use for CBL clients – Spain (securities held in CEU)
The attached forms are for use in relation to Spanish securities held with Clearstream Europe AG as of 30 November 2020.
Note: For immediate and quick refunds of withholding tax on interest from Spanish debt securities, beneficial owner information must be provided to Clearstream via formatted Swift MT565 or Xact Web Portal.
For standard refund the beneficial owner information must be provided through the Upload Beneficial Owner List facility on the Clearstream website.
