CSDR penalties: T2S dry-run suspended until 6 December 2021
LuxCSD1 informs customers that effective
immediately
T2S will apply a temporary suspension of the T2S production penalties dry-run.
Due to the ongoing technical issues on T2S in relation to the penalty mechanism dry-run, it was proposed by the T2S Operator to temporarily suspend the exercise.
The dry-run will resume on 6 December 2021.
The Eurosystem will make use of this suspension to concentrate the resources in finalising the work on already identified fixes (testing and deployment) to improve the overall performance of the penalty mechanism process.
As a consequence of the suspension, the T2S penalty mechanism reports are impacted in the following manner:
- Daily reports:
- 30 November and 1 December 2021: New penalties reports will be sent out empty and there will be no provision of any modified penalties reports.
- 2 and 3 December 2021: New and modified penalties reports will be sent out empty.
- Monthly reports:
- November 2021: The appeal period is set as one business day (instead of the normal 13 business days) and no monthly reports are sent out.
- December 2021: The appeal period stays at 13 business day and the monthly report will cover the business days of 6 to 31 December 2021.
